RKW has a new vacancy for Sales Coordinator, in our Direct Dispatch team, working with Dropship / B2C customers. The role will operate on a Temp to Perm basis – with the first 6 months on an Fixed Term Contract, with strong potential for a conversion into a Permanent position. You will join a dynamic sales office, taking ownership of designated customer accounts, coordinating the end to end sales process, including setting up listings for Ebay and Marketplace, monitoring pricing, processing orders and handling post-sales activities such as returns and credits. Skills and Desirables : Previous administrative experience, ideally in a sales / order processing role Excellent communication and customer service skills A keen eye for details Excellent computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft office & Excel are desirable) Be able to take ownership of your own workload Time management skills Be able to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
