Are you an experienced tradesperson with an eye for quality? Have you led, developed and trained your teams to take pride in doing a great job?
We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to work across our residential homes and schools to ensure premises and equipment are maintained to a high standard, providing the people we support with a safe and comfortable environment.
You will lead a team of six maintenance technicians, overseeing the quality of their work and offering your experience to help them learn new skills and techniques.
Experience
1. 5+ years maintenance experience in similar sector or general property
2. Knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and regulations
3. Familiarity with construction materials, techniques and industry standards
4. Sound knowledge of health & safety legislation
5. Proficient in office management software including Microsoft Office
6. Experience of engaging, coordinating and leading external contractors
7. Experience of analysing data, producing reports and using a document management system
8. Proven ability to build sustainable working relationships across the whole business
9. A full driving licence is essential
