You will help ensure that our newly recruited HCAs are onboarded with the skills that they need to deliver outstanding care, as well recognising their full potential through career progression, education and structured pastoral support. You will work as part of a supportive team, with the existing Education Facilitators and the wider Education Team across the MSE ICS, providing dedicated clinical induction education, practice development and skills training to the HCA staff working within wards, departments, and the community, ensuring our patients get the kind, safe quality care they deserve. Main duties of the job Location will be Brentwood Community Hospital with some home working. There is a requirement to travel across MSE sites.
