This brand-new role has been created to support the Managing Director with executive assistance while ensuring smooth operations across admin, compliance, governance, and HR functions. What You’ll Be Doing Executive Support: Assist the Managing Director with diary management, meeting coordination, and task follow-ups. Office Administration: Oversee premises management, IT systems, vehicle administration, ordering supplies, and general office organisation. Compliance & HR: Maintain certification records (ISO9001, CHAS, PEFC), track staff holidays, prepare payroll data, and ensure policy adherence. Sales & Marketing Support: Assist with customer presentations, field sales documents, and pre-qualification questionnaires. Reporting & Systems: Maintain CRM records, track company KPIs, and update internal process documentation. Requirements About You A self-motivated and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working independently. Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office 365) and experience managing multiple priorities. Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to work across teams. Comfortable in a quieter office environment with a “heads down, get things done” approach.
