We have an exciting opportunity within BEAR Scotland to join us as an Administration Assistant. Based in our Perth office, covering the Network Team.
The North West Unit covers a huge area of Scotland, from Thurso and Wick in the very north of the Highlands down to Campbeltown in Argyll and Bute, from Uig on Skye to Perth and Stirling in the central belt.
The Administration Assistant is a permanent post within the Network Team. This is a great opportunity if you are starting out in your career or already have an administrative background and looking for a change. You will assist the Network Manager and team in a variety of functions.
Responsibilities and Activities:
Road space management
Preparation of reports
Data input
Electronic filing
Monitoring mailboxes
Data collation
Attend meetings, taking meetings and disturbing relevant documents
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail
Great communication skills
Articulate
Working knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, outlook
Adaptable
