Salary: £15-17 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), paid weekly Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all members and staff. Lead and manage the fitness team, providing direction, support, and motivation. Conduct fitness assessments and design personalised workout plans for clients. Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols. Handle customer enquiries and efficiently resolve any issues. Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the facility. Essential Requirements: Level 2/3 Fitness Instructor qualifications (preferred). First Aid certification. Proven experience in managing a team, ideally within a fitness or leisure environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service abilities. Reliability and punctuality are a must. Flexibility to work early and late shifts, as well as weekends.
