Are you a subject matter expert (SME) in tax? Do you have experience working within a large organisation?
We have an opportunity to join our Finance team as a Group Tax Manager, responsible for being that SME supporting our 20+ international businesses. You will manage the governance around all company tax responsibilities including corporate tax calculation, VAT and payroll taxes. We're looking for a personable individual with excellent stakeholder management skills to work collaboratively with external parties as well as internal colleagues.

Everyday you will...
* Be responsible for general tax governance, overseeing both the UK and international tax compliance.
* Undertake year-end provisioning for Group reporting and individual statutory accounts, liaising with external auditors.
* Prepare and file UK corporate tax returns with HMRC.
* Oversee UK VAT compliance and international indirect taxes.
* Monitor the Group's PESM and liaise with HMRC where necessary.
* Maintain the VAT determination guide and train for business as needed.
* Conclude IR35 positions with regard to the group’s services and staffing divisions and monitor compliance.

To thrive in this role, you must have...
* Experience in/understanding of corporate tax calculation, VAT, and payroll taxes.
* Experience in a large organisation with knowledge of different jurisdictions around the world.
* Excellent relationship management skills.
