This is an entry level position within the Finance Department. You will gain experience in a variety of accounts functions, with the main focus being on the sales ledger.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Collation, allocation, analysis and review of employee expenses
* Support with the Sales Ledger activities
* Raise Sales invoices and ensure accuracy and in line with company policies
* Support with the Purchase Ledger
* Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate and organised financial documentation
* Cross reference various reports, extracting key data
* Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including scheduling meetings and managing emails
