Job summary OneMedical Group has grown in Milton Keynes and is currently delivering patient care from 3 surgeries: Whitehouse, Neath Hill and Brooklands. We are looking for forward thinking Patient Navigators / Call Handlers to join our friendly teams and support all other functions in delivering outstanding care, utilising a variety of platforms including front of house (reception), back office support functions and telephone services. Main duties of the job The successful candidate's will ideally have prior experience within a GP practice, and will be a confident communicator with a friendly and welcoming nature. Full-time (40 hours per week) and Part-time can be considered. Availability to cover shifts will be discussed with the line managers during the interview.
