Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, qualified Primary School Teacher to join our team in Hartlepool. Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to primary school students
* Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment while managing classroom behaviour effectively
* Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and progress
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practice
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
* Excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and teaching standards
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
* Previous experience teaching primary school students, with a strong track record of student progress
* Experience in lesson planning and classroom management
Knowledge and Skills:
* In-depth understanding of child development and learning theories
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
* Strong organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students
Working Conditions:
* Work primarily in a school setting
* Regular working hours with occasional evening or weekend commitments
* Interaction with students, parents, and colleagues on a daily basis
