About The Role
This role will deal with daily fault requests, PPM duties, and OOH's reactive duties for large scale, high end integrated systems from a broad client base. The successful candidate will be involved in keeping an important site safe and secure, primarily in Cheshire and surrounding areas. A high level of vetting will be required.
The engineering role demands flexibility, a 'can do' attitude, and the ability to stay away when required. You will be part of a remote team of engineers who offer guidance and support with their strong technical background.
This position is ideal for someone seeking a varied, dynamic role dealing with large scale systems incorporating new technologies within a demanding customer base. The successful candidate will be expected to work off patch and spend time away from home.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide a reliable, courteous, efficient, and effective service.
2. Maintain a positive image of the company to the customer through high standards of dress and customer communications.
3. At the completion of each service visit, close or update the helpdesk with the call status.
4. Ensure that any company vehicle provided is maintained in good working order.
5. Maintain a high level of personal performance demonstrating a willingness to help colleagues.
6. A flexible approach to working hours.
7. Adhere to the company's Management Systems.
8. Undertake any other duties as required by the Service Manager in delivering a top-class service to the client.
9. Assist with the call out rota.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary up to £37,000
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Call-out £230 per week
