About the role and what you would do?
You will be responsible for assisting multiple categories of products in which you will:
* Managing product data & maintenance in conjunction with Masterfile & Pricing teams
* Preparing data to assist category managers
* Working with Supply Chain team around category ranging
* Gatekeeping new product forms
* Assisting with competitor ranges / pricing monitoring
* Assisting merchandise team with reporting duties
* Assisting Category Analyst as required
* Attending supplier meetings with Category Manager
* Managing entry level portfolio
* Ad hoc projects as required
* Supporting projects across the business

* Competent Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Customer orientation – establishment and maintenance of effective relationships, internally and externally
* Ability to self-manage, motivated by completing tasks accurately and on time
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Analytical Skills
* Knowledge of Marketing principles
* Ability to work effectively in a negotiating situation
* Presentation Skills
* Experience in a large or National organisation
