Position Summary
Our friendly, diligent team works closely together to ensure our continued success - and it's that success that our vendors and resellers benefit from when they jump aboard. The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for supporting and assisting on a day-to-day basis and helping to grow the business where the Account Managers see fit. The Sales Support Executive will form part of the Sales Support team that will also assist with all related tasks.
Principal Duties:
1. Dealing with all aspects of customer services - Incoming emails & calls
2. Providing customer ETA on orders and general strong communication to customers.
3. Loading and supporting Sales orders within our CRM. Ensuring information is correct prior to approval
4. Replying to customers, internal comms and suppliers' enquiries when Account Managers are unable to respond.
5. Preparing and providing quotes to customers where required.
6. Assisting with Demo Kit requests and orders
7. Liaising with supply chain and manufacturers for stock queries
8. Taking part in product training and keeping up to date with new products
9. Attending customer meetings from time to time (virtual or physical)
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
1. Customer focused
2. Experience of using a CRM
3. Strong communication skills with multiple internal departments
4. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
5. Ability to listen and articulate effectively
6. Experience and understanding of Microsoft Office
7. To gradually learn and amass knowledge and detailed understanding of Sales
8. Must be a problem solver and able to work under own initiative.
9. Needs to be content to work in a semi-rural environment
10. To converse with all customers and the people throughout the organisation from Director level to bottom level.
11. Must have a clean driving license and own car due to rural location.
12. Working in a team with two others as well as the rest of the sales team
13. Reporting into the Sales & Marketing Director
14. Looking for entry level candidate with sales/order processing/customer service experience
