The Team
The Facilities Team within Central Operations oversees the daily management of our FM services, ensuring minimum standards are maintained, protecting asset availability, safety, security, and compliance with relevant regulations. The team works to closely manage the performance of facility-related vendors and contractors.
The Role
* Acting as the point of contact for all club queries via inbox management and telephone.
* Reviewing, approving, and rejecting invoices.
* Reviewing and responding to WO NTE requests.
* Escalating changes required to processes, such as approval rules and rate cards, to the Operations Manager.
* Carrying out FM team actions to claim works on insurance.
* Approving Concur invoices, tracking approvals in Concur and addressing any which do not match Verisae.
* Reviewing tracking of Concur invoices with Finance for month end and addressing any discrepancies.
* Providing cover for CAFM owner when on leave.
* Delivering FM and CAFM training as required to FM Team, wider PG team, and Contractors.

* Is highly organised with great attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload within target timeframes.
* Exceptional administrative and customer service skills including inbox management.
* Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Target focused and able to meet strict deadlines.
* Can effectively build and manage relationships with various stakeholders including the wider FM team and Gym Managers.
* Is an ambassador of the PureGym values.
* Displays resilience and is passionate about the role.
* Takes ownership for performance and ensures that all targets are met.
