Key facts about the site & the team - The largest packaging site in our Scotch category Supply of circa 30 million cases of our iconic brands globally from Shieldhall with household names and global leaders like Johnnie Walker, Buchanan’s, Bell’s, J&B Scotch Whisky. Comprises 7 production lines, a spirit supply operation, multiple other dry and wet component areas, and circa 400 people. Coaching a multi-disciplinary team of production operators and engineers to develop them as individuals and as a team to lead a step change in engagement. Delivery of balanced business scorecard results in area to drive performance. Ownership of medium to long term strategy for their area including CapEx and investment proposals to support productivity and performance improvement in line with the business strategy. Day-to-day accountabilities, responsibilities and ownership of all “run” the business activities. Support, create and develop “improve” activities.
