Like all roles at Thrive Tribe, you can expect your time at work to be fun, varied and challenging. We don’t like to stick to a firm JD as we know from experience that things change throughout the lifetime of a role and it gives our people the chance to play to their strengths.

2. Deliver the Community Health MOTs to local groups, providing tailored health advice and signposting.

4. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the success of community initiatives and events.
5. Gather feedback from the community to continually improve and adapt our programmes.
6. Represent the organisation at community events, workshops, and meetings to promote health and well-being initiatives.
Digital Marketing (50%)
1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (website, social media, email newsletters, etc.) to promote our community health programmes.
2. Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, and email marketing that resonates with target audiences.
3. Monitor and analyse digital marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
4. Manage the organisation’s social media accounts, ensuring timely and relevant updates.
5. Collaborate with the team to ensure digital marketing strategies align with organisational goals and objectives.
Key Requirements:
1. Experience in community engagement or outreach, ideally in health or well-being sectors.
2. Experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics.
3. Ability to build relationships with diverse community groups and stakeholders.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and engagingly.
5. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
6. Experience in content creation (photos, videos, blog posts) and familiarity with marketing tools like Canva, Meta, Google Analytics etc.
7. Passion for improving community health and wellbeing.
8. A creative approach to problem-solving and content creation.
