A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER AT THE LYNDENE
What you'll be doing...
* Lead the F&B team with a positive vibe, helping create a welcoming and seamless service experience.
* Manage all F&B operations including rotas and ordering.
* Deliver adequate training and support the team.
* Be confident when handling guest complaints and aim to resolve the issue.
* Communicate effectively with the kitchen.
* Shift planning, making sure the team is prepared and ready to go.
* Take pride in the restaurants keeping them clean.
* Ensue the department is always Health & Safety compliant.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
* Proven experience in restaurant management.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team and maintain composure under pressure.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
* A passion for delivering outstanding service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
