Description The Opportunity: We have exciting opportunities to join either our Recruitment and Onboarding team or our Lifecycle team within HR Operations. You will administer a wide range of transactional HR processes, in a collaborative team, focused on customer service and continuous improvement. We are a supportive team that values regular communication and team working to deliver our service. We are looking for individuals who will join our team and play their part in our ongoing evolution. These posts are open ended (permanent) and full-time (35 hours per week); however, we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working. The salary for this post is UE05 £28,879- £33,232 per annum. Your skills and attributes for success: strong experience of delivering a range of HR processes within a fast-paced environment in at least one of the following: HR administration, recruitment, payroll and/or employee life-cycle transactions excellent customer service skills with proven experience of delivering a professional, high quality, customer focused service the ability to organise time effectively to manage your own workload and priorities to achieve deadlines competent oral and written communication skills with experience in the use of IT software e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint accuracy and attention to detail with experience of handling confidential information.
