The Role: So, what will you be doing as a Supply Chain Expeditor? Act as the on-site liaison between our business and the supplier. Drive on-time delivery performance by monitoring and managing daily production and supply issues. Investigate and resolve delays, material shortages, and quality issues. Work closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Project teams to align priorities. Escalate risks early and follow up on agreed actions to ensure accountability. Contribute to root cause analysis and continuous improvement at the supplier site. Keep stakeholders updated with clear, structured reporting on supplier performance.What are we looking for in our next Supply Chain Expeditor? Proven experience in supply chain, production control, or supplier management roles. Assertive and confident communicator, able to manage a challenging supplier relationship effectively. Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes - experience with motor assemblies is a bonus. Able to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and consistently.
