Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Property Manager to join our Southend team. Whether you're new to the industry or have prior experience, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in managing rental properties, ensuring a great experience for both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
* Tenant & Landlord Communication – Be the main point of contact, handling enquiries and keeping all parties informed.
* Property Maintenance & Inspections – Arrange repairs, conduct inspections, and ensure properties are well-maintained.
* Rent & Tenancy Management – Oversee rent collection, tenancy renewals, and compliance with legal requirements.
* Marketing & Lettings Support – Assist with property listings, viewings, and finding suitable tenants.
* Problem Solving – Handle tenant issues, coordinate resolutions, and work with contractors as needed.
* Office & Team Collaboration – Work closely with the lettings team to provide excellent service.
