Primary responsibilities:
Business Development:
6. Acquiring new customers from a specified target customer list.
7. Fully understanding the portfolio to generate quality opportunities and differentiate offerings from competitors.
8. Keeping up with trends and developments in the Cyber Security industry.
9. Articulating the business strategy and brand identity effectively.
10. Conducting meetings with prospective customers in person (when feasible).
11. Forecasting monthly sales in line with CRM processes.
12. Representing the company and translating industry developments into customer solutions.
13. Onboarding newly acquired customers.
Account Management:
14. Managing all customers, including 3rd party, resellers, and global customers.
15. Providing executive involvement in key accounts and nurturing existing client relationships.
16. Ensuring high-quality post-purchase support for customers in France.
Sales Administration & Process:
17. Monitoring customer invoice payments and ensuring timely settlement.
18. Supporting marketing campaigns and company events to achieve revenue growth targets.
19. Developing and implementing sales plans using agreed methodologies.
20. Adhering to established sales processes and procedures.
Other:
21. Meeting targets, KPIs, and set objectives.
22. Managing the tender process for prospective customer procurement opportunities.
23. Cultivating relationships with the wider team.
24. Building and maintaining the company’s brand and mission.
25. Fulfilling additional responsibilities as requested by management.
26. Managing the Profit & Loss Account for the responsible area, overseeing revenue, costs, and profit.
27. Reporting on France’s business performance monthly.
28. Creating, developing, and executing France’s strategy.
29. Translating industry developments into customer-focused solutions.
