Employer Engagement Administrator Ref: 79298 Location: Wakefield College Salary: £26,085 (pro rata) Hours: 22.5 hours per week, Fixed Term until July 2025 We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a friendly, supportive, and positive Employer Engagement team. The role is varied with lots of opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge, and you will have a pivotal role in supporting the administrative function. You will be required to: Handle enquiries and messages from colleagues, learners, employers, and stakeholder partners, directing them as appropriate Maintain a database of course details, student waiting lists, student progress, stakeholder support and marketing activities Communicate information as required to other relevant college staff and stakeholders in relation to student progress, employer interviews and course outcomes About you: You should be confident, well organised, and proactive with good IT skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You should have GCSE’s in English and Maths, grade A-C/9-4 or equivalent You should have excellent communication skills, and show enthusiasm and commitment towards all tasks.
