Job Overview
We are seeking a customer focused and organised customer service assistant to lead/oversee the operations of our post office branch.
This role requires strong leadership skills to manage the branch and be responsible for daily banking/accounting/reporting and compliance with the Post Office.
There is also a possible option for a studio accommodation with the role (to be negotiated/agreed).
Duties
* Lead and manage daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and productivity.
* Develop sales to achieve branch targets and increase market share.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgets and forecasts, to ensure profitability.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a within a retail or service-oriented environment.
* Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service excellence.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
