We are currently seeking an Account Coordinator to join our growing team. As an Account Coordinator, you will support the Area Management Team in overseeing daily operations. Reporting directly to the Operations Support Manager, your role includes managing staff activities, optimising financial and operational performance, and collaborating to meet regional objectives. You will contribute directly to the success and growth of the business. Additionally, the Account Coordinator will be the primary liaison between HSL Compliance and our customers, ensuring services align with client needs. This role is crucial in maintaining communication, resolving customer concerns swiftly, and ensuring smooth service delivery across all projects and accounts. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain contract files, ensuring all relevant information is included and orders are entered into the contract register. Generate contract correspondence and create service directives to manage the service program. Perform invoicing on Sage, ensuring accurate entries are recorded in the contract register against the relevant order. Update contract registers with completed works from Parts Usage for work in progress by the end of each Tuesday. Provide updates to programs and support the Account Manager with operational tasks. Act as a liaison between departments to meet the needs of engineers and clients. Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers and engineers, responding promptly and efficiently. Raise calls to engineers for additional work requirements when necessary. Provide general administrative support to managers with account-related tasks. Maintain the quality management system and provide necessary information to the central services team. Log and manage customer, site, and supplier inquiries/complaints, ensuring they are assigned to the right person for resolution. Ensure a safe working environment, maintain office supplies, and use equipment efficiently while considering environmental impact.
