For further information on this role, please see the attached detailed Job Description and Person Specification To be a responsible advisor for all HealthRoster users queries, to identify any issues, to be responsible for solving problems where appropriate and escalating to the eRostering Manager or Head of Workforce Planning and HR Systems as appropriate. In accordance with the Trust's rostering policy, meet with Ward Sisters/Charge Nurses/Managers to support eRostering implementation; capture staffing requirements in terms of numbers per shift and skills/competencies required, thereby ensuring that staff levels are appropriate and aligned to the budgeted establishments for each unit. To prepare training material, and to deliver HealthRoster training to senior nurses and managers of other staff groups -using various media (classroom training or Teams or video sessions), including paper based and electronic methods - across the organization. To implement Employee Online across all wards/departments within agreed timescales as directed by Manager. To support the review of basic setup in Ward areas:- Templates, Establishment vs. Templates, Posts, contracts, rostered hours, grades, competences. Review Rules and Global Settings and discuss use of Autoroster and Personal Patterns. Once review is completed update HealthRoster with new settings and liaise with eRostering manager about setting up the pay elements to be used regarding unsocial hours, on-call, call-out and overtime.
