Key Responsibilities:
* Digital Dictation: Accurately type correspondence and legal documents from digital dictation.
* Document Management: Prepare legal bundles with proper indexing, pagination, and bookmarking.
* Diary & Meeting Coordination: Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the legal team.
* Billing Assistance: Support billing procedures and client invoicing processes.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Organise and maintain filing systems with daily file management.
* Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
* Photocopy, scan, and organise legal documents efficiently.
* Coordinate meetings, book rooms, and prepare meeting spaces, including refreshments.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Proficiency in digital dictation and document preparation.
* Effective diary and schedule management capabilities.
* Experience with billing and legal file management.
