I'm looking for a Site Manager for a repairs contract working at Warwick University. This role will include managing a team of Subcontractors and Direct Labour Teams at the University, working on day to day, planned, and emergency repairs around the campus
The Social Housing Site Manager will be needed to:
1. Appraise RAMS
2. Arrange and complete inductions
3. Carry out weekly inspections
4. Manage Direct and Subcontractor labour
5. Report back to the contract manager
Ideally, I'm looking for a Site Manager that:
6. Holds their SMSTS
7. Holds their 1st Aid Awareness
8. Holds their Man Handling, Working at Heights and Asbestos Awareness (can be taken online)
9. Has experience working on Education and University contracts
In return, the Site Manager will receive:
10. £27 per hour
11. ongoing work
