The Position
Navigating all aspects of the project delivery process with ease, you’ll manage and oversee multiple projects at once, putting your keen set of organisational skills to good use! With your collaborative approach and ‘can-do’ attitude, you’ll think on your feet to solve problems, and well and truly get the best results out of both internal and external teams alike!
Your client management skills are second to none, and you’ll build long-lasting relationships with all of your accounts, influencing stakeholders with your outstanding communication and presentation skills to drive accounts forward and deliver innovative solutions.
Leading from the front with bucketloads of strategic direction and guidance, you’ll be a trusted mentor to more junior members of your team, working your magic to foster a culture that’s built on excellence!
What We’re Looking For
Confident and creative, you’re a strategic thinker who is both commercially astute and growth-driven.
You’re a talented Account Director who knows exactly how to manage project profitability and spot growth opportunities whilst you work, maintaining a bird’s eye view of all of your accounts whilst never missing a trick!
Translating business objectives into creative solutions comes naturally to you, and you’ll have plenty of proven experience in an account leadership role within a creative, branding or advertising setting.
We want to hear all about the successes you’ve delivered when it comes to growing accounts, and how you go above and beyond to guarantee results are of the highest quality for your clients.
