Job Title: Electrical Estimator
Location: Runcorn - Hybrid
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Package
We are looking for a growing organisation and you will be part of the commercial team, pricing new small and medium project works and working closely with the contracts managers to allocate resources to each project.
This role is hybrid in the office / working from home and out on site when required, focusing on pulling together prices and tenders to send out to clients, occasional meetings with clients as and when required around the North West.

Responsibilities:
* Multiple quoteing and tendering
* Performing market research on costings and prices to remain competitive
* Collaborating with the contracts managers to develop strategies for work resource allocation and in how to add value to a project
* Working with other departments on delivery of additional installation projects and service and maintenance KPIs to adhere to pricing
* Maintaining and updating the CRM system with client information
* Nurturing client accounts to ensure long-term relationships
Key Skills/Attributes & Experience:
* Proven experience in Estimating from a Technical Building Services background
* Strong commercial acumen, understanding of costing
* Proficiency in using Estimating software and or other systems
* Experience in Client management (desirable)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This role would suit someone who has worked within the Building Services, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, or Hire industries, or within similar sectors.
