Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Monitor and evaluate contract performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of services provided under contracts to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborate with contractual partners to provide coaching and support in quality improvement initiatives.
Prepare detailed reports on findings from contract monitoring activities, highlighting trends and recommending actionable solutions.
Facilitate training sessions for staff and stakeholders on quality assurance best practices and compliance requirements.
Actively participate in cross-functional teams to enhance organizational practices related to quality assurance and contract management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in quality assurance and contract monitoring roles, preferably within a public sector or similar environment.
Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and present findings clearly.
Experience conducting audits and assessments, with a solid understanding of compliance frameworks.
Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and software to monitor and report on performance metrics.
