What the Job Involves As an FSS Support Worker, you will provide training and education to care home staff on falls management, including the use of specialist lifting equipment. You will work proactively to prevent falls by understanding risk factors and ensuring care homes are effective local partners. Your role includes providing clinical advice on falls reduction, conducting quality improvement projects, and documenting work accurately. You may work evenings and weekends and are responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
