Responsibilities:
* Design an AI-driven solution using Azure OpenAI to capture and analyse stakeholder sentiment and feedback from emails, meeting recordings, consultation responses, and survey feedback.
* Develop a scalable architecture that integrates data sources such as Salesforce, BI scores, CSAT scores, media coverage, and meeting notes.
* Implement automated and manual data capture mechanisms to centralize data storage.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for data storage, ensuring traceability for auditing purposes.
* Utilize AI tools to analyze themes and sentiments from captured data.
* Develop user-triggered synthesis reports and dashboards that provide insights into stakeholder sentiment and health indicators.
* Implement search and filtering capabilities for data synthesis and reporting.
* Create dashboards and visualization tools for displaying insights for stakeholder groups and various use cases.
Skills/Must have:
* Experience with Salesforce integration and BI tools.
* Familiarity with media monitoring and sentiment analysis tools.
* Knowledge of creating and managing dashboards for data visualization.
* Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
* A degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Operations Research.
* Understanding of electricity markets and power system operations (e.g., economic dispatch/unit-commitment problems).
* Experience with delivering IT solutions in cloud-native environments.
* MSc or PhD in a related subject is a plus, such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Operations Research.
