Come and join us as a Recruitment Advisor in a 9 month fixed term contract, based at our Cheadle Head Office near Stockport.
About the Role

As a Recruitment Advisor you’ll be joining our inhouse Recruitment team based at our Head Office in Cheadle. Embedded within our HR function, you’ll play an important role managing the end-to-end recruitment activity for various business units across the UK & Ireland region.
This is a 9-month fixed term contract which has been created to support with higher-than-average recruitment volumes and to support our ambitious growth strategy.
We operate with an informal hybrid working arrangement which means you will typically work from the office at least 3 days per week.
Our recruitment team work consultatively with their stakeholders to create effective recruitment strategies which will attract the right people, with the right skills for their vacancies, and doing so in a timely and cost-effective manner.
The Recruiter will be committed to delivering an excellent customer experience to both our candidates and stakeholders.
Duties are varied and include:
* Conducting Recruitment Briefings and Creating Recruitment Strategies
* Conducting candidate attraction activity
* Assessment of candidates/applicants
* Extending offers and creating contractual documents
* Supporting with stakeholder training and coaching
* Managing your vacancies on our ATS system.
* Supporting with projects and continuous improvement activities.
Hours of Work: Mon to Fri. 9am to 5pm.
Flexible working arrangements can be discussed on a case by case basis.
About You
You will be an experienced recruitment professional with exposure to an inhouse or RPO style environment. With a passion for quality, you will enjoy delivering great customer service to internal stakeholders and applicants alike.
Ideally you will have experience recruiting for maintenance/engineering and/or corporate (head office) style roles, such as finance, HR, IT, sales (etc…).
You will also have:
* Experience managing recruitment campaigns from start to finish
* Strong Communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Relationships building skills
* Experience using recruitment software/systems to manage candidates and vacancies
* Effective planning and organising skills
* Passion for continuous improvement
* Ability to adapt and manage change
* Committed to achieving goals and influencing change
It’s desirable that you have:
* Experience of direct sourcing
* Experience of writing job advertisements and using social media to promote opportunities
