What can you expect?
* Produce reactive quotations based on engineers' reports from site visits.
* Follow up quotations directly with clients.
* Create and send contract renewal quotations.
* Prepare and issue quotes.
* Create spreadsheets and liaise with sales personnel for actions.
* Interpret lab results and recommend actions.
* Support laboratory teams with administrative tasks.
* Training on the water industry will be provided.
Requirements
* Ability to prioritize your own work daily.
* Attention to detail is essential.
* Planning and organizational skills.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Previous experience in an operational admin role.
* Aptitude and willingness to undertake further business training.
* Demonstrate behaviors aligned with our company values.
