There will be an opportunity of a handover from our current Practice Manager. Ideally, we are looking for full-time hours but will consider part-time for a minimum of 30 hours over 4 days. Main duties of the job We are a supportive and collaborative partnership, working closely with the practice business manager in day-to-day communications, weekly management meetings, and quarterly strategy meetings, in which the postholder will have a key role. The partners are exploring a model of a lead partner to work alongside the new postholder to support them. A Finance Manager, Management Support Assistant and Finance Lead will be in place to help support this role. About us We are a training practice with a team of over 35 members, led by 3 GP Partners and supported by a wide skill mix of clinicians including salaried GPs, pharmacists and physician associates, and separate admin and reception teams. Our patient list size is just under 14,000 and our CQC rating is Good (2016). The practice is part of North Camden Primary Care Network (PCN) which is made up of 5 local GP practices, working together with the aim of improving healthcare for the community and reducing health inequalities for around 55,000 patients.
