We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated physiotherapists to join our comprehensive Band 5 rotation scheme.
Could this be you?
We invite applications from newly qualified physiotherapists or those with some post-graduation experience who are keen to consolidate and build on graduate skills and broaden their experience, to join our well established and comprehensive Physiotherapy Rotation.
The rotations are of 6 months duration and take place across the following disciplines: Community Therapy, Stroke Unit, Community Hospital, Community Respiratory Service, Children's Therapies, Mental Health, Learning Disability and MSK, across the whole of Oxfordshire.
You will work as a Band 5 physiotherapist in a variety of teams providing a high standard of physiotherapy care to patients with a range of presentations and conditions providing assessment, agreeing meaningful goals and formulating individualised treatment plans.
You will work as an autonomous practitioner with responsibility for your own caseload working without direct supervision but with support from senior physiotherapists within the department.
You will be expected to participate in regular in-service training, and formal and informal supervision.
The variety of clinical placements have different working hours, the majority work Monday to Friday 8.30-4.30 but some offer a service 8.00 am - 8.00pm Monday to Sunday therefore there will be a requirement for you to work flexibly between those times.
Applicants must have a full valid driving license and have access to a vehicle for work. Adjustments can be considered in line with the Equality Act 2010 where required.
At Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust we want to employ people not just with experience, but with the aptitude and motivation to succeed and whose values resonate with our own.
Therefore, if you don’t meet all the requirements of the role and are unsure about applying but are excited about the opportunity, please do get in touch. We will be happy to discuss the requirements in more detail ahead of making a written application.
Our vision is that no matter who you are or where you are, you will tell us that you receive: “Outstanding care delivered by an outstanding team”
Our values are: “Caring, safe and excellent”
