Key Responsibilities: Team Supervision: Manage and supervise an in-house team of tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, ensuring high standards of workmanship. Project Oversight: Assist in the planning and execution of modular kitchen installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets our quality standards and complies with industry regulations. Coordination: Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges, providing practical solutions to keep projects on track. Health & Safety: Ensure all team members adhere to health and safety protocols, maintaining a safe working environment. Resource Management: Assist in the allocation of resources, including materials and equipment, to optimize project outcomes. Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Construction Project Manager on project progress, team performance, and any issues encountered Qualifications Qualifications: Proven experience managing construction trades, with a strong background in carpentry preferred. Good knowledge of all construction trades, including electrics and plumbing. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations. Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment. Preferred: Experience in modular construction or kitchen installations. Familiarity with catering equipment and infrastructure solutions.
