Job Title: Qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Location: Hemel Hempstead, England, United Kingdom Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 per annum (depending on experience) Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Level 3 Practitioner to join our vibrant nursery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development. Key Responsibilities: Childcare: Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children, promoting their development and well-being. Planning and Implementation: Plan and implement engaging activities and learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Observation and Assessment: Monitor and record children’s progress through detailed observations and assessments, sharing these with parents and carers. Safeguarding: Ensure all safeguarding policies and procedures are followed, and that children are kept safe from harm. Parent Partnership: Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's development and addressing any concerns. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a nurturing and stimulating environment, sharing ideas and supporting each other. Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
