About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and organised Sales Associate to support an expanding sales team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Sales and the wider team to help achieve ambitious growth goals. You’ll play a key part in prospecting, managing sales pipeline, researching market opportunities, and supporting outreach campaigns. Your passion for technology and AI will also help enhance the company's sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and build prospecting lists.
* Support the creation of sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
* Manage and update the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and deliver insights.
* Explore and propose innovative ways to use technology and AI to improve our sales process.
* Coordinate email campaigns and outreach activities.
* Assist with scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
* Track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to the team.
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and enhance visibility.
Who We're Looking For:
* Recent graduate (business, marketing, or a related field preferred), or 0-2 years of B2B sales experience.
* Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
* Strong communication abilities (both written and verbal).
* Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (training available).
* Passionate about sustainability and eager to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
* A drive to learn, adapt, and thrive in a rapidly evolving industry.
* Right to work in the UK at the expected start date.
