Service Coordinator – Exeter

The role of Service Coordinator:
* Planning and prioritising of workload to ensure efficiency.
* Provide excellent customer service to external and internal clients and colleagues.
* Communicate over the phone, face to face and by email.
* Deal with queries where able and forward detailed accurate messages.
* Raise purchase orders and compile order paperwork.
* Booking preventative and corrective maintenance visits for highly valued clients.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client account administration.
* Providing analysis reports to management for their weekly and monthly meetings.
* Liaising with managers on a daily and weekly basis to provide updates on jobs, difficult customers, and any queries with engineers.
* Actively seeking new service contracts for the organisation.
* Assisting with any ad hoc tasks requested by managers or directors.
The ideal Service Coordinator:
* Proven experience in schedule coordination.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Experience working as an administrator in a varied role.
* Previous experience within engineering or a similar industry is beneficial though not essential.
* Able to work within a team and independently.
