Job Description
3. Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
4. Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
5. Assist with performance management procedures.
6. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain the team's agenda.
7. Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
8. Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
9. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
10. Support other assigned functions of the HR department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Assistant should have:
11. A degree in Human Resources or related field.
12. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
13. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
14. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
15. Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
16. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
