Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Leadership Position candidate to join our team at Lidl. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of store operations and the ability to drive sales growth while maintaining excellent customer service.
About the Job:
As a Retail Store Leadership Position holder, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service. You will work closely with the Assistant Store Manager and other department heads to ensure seamless store operations and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage store inventory levels and conduct regular stock takes
• Supervise a team of retail store staff and provide coaching and training as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with other department heads to drive sales growth and meet business objectives
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a retail store management or operations role
• Strong knowledge of store operations and inventory management practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
