Changing Futures Personal Navigator, Nottingham, Temp Till 31.03.26, 37HPW Changing Futures exists to improve the lives of people experiencing Severe and Multiple Disadvantage in Nottingham City. Severe and Multiple Disadvantage is generally considered to be an experience of three or more of the following sources of disadvantage simultaneously: mental health issues, homelessness, problematic substance use, domestic abuse and contact with the Criminal Justice System. Navigators hold a caseload and directly support people to access services. The successful candidate will work with beneficiaries to create individual support plans and liaise with other supports and agencies. You will be supporting a group of people who will have struggled to access the services they need; therefore the team and its members need to be creative, flexible, patient, persistent and assertive in their approach.
