**Key Responsibilities:**
* Own and manage email and mobile app calendar for our websites, aligning with wider teams to support business objectives.
* Responsible for briefing, creative, segmentation, scheduling, and delivery of all email and mobile app notifications.
* Responsible for briefing, creative, segmentation, scheduling, and delivery of all automated life cycle campaigns.
* Implement ongoing test and learn strategy to continually improve CRM communications.
* Deliver weekly and monthly reports focusing on email and mobile app notification performance, feeding results back to the wider business.
* Responsible for increasing the engaged customer database and their value, identifying key customer segments and targeting them across relevant programmes.
* Build a good relationship with the email service provider, ensuring that all areas of the platform are utilised and optimised.
* Keep up-to-date on industry insight and email marketing trends.
**Requirements:**

* Results-driven and delivery-focused.
* Enthusiasm, energy, and determination to achieve results, including those achieved through influence on related teams.
* Numerate and analytical, with the ability to provide insights.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Educated to degree level.
* Experience in working with an email service provider.
* Experience in working with data analysis and segmentation.
* Experience in the retail sector is desirable, though not essential.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage and deliver several campaigns at the same time.
