Role Overview:
Join our team as a Maintenance & Engineering Coordinator at Arla Foods Stourton. Responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure efficient resource utilisation and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and Scheduling:
* Develop and manage the short and long-term maintenance plans.
* Prepare work packages including required labour, components, and safety requirements.
* Coordinate asset downtime with operations.
* Manage contractor needs and safety.
* Work closely with the MRO coordinator to support part staging.
* Secure asset downtime to enable planned maintenance task completion.
Maintenance Management:
* Support world-class maintenance strategy development.
* Update and maintain CMMS data.
* Maintain records to meet legal and audit standards.
* Oversee site CMMS competence and training.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant education in Maintenance/Technical/Engineering.
* 3-4 years of technical/maintenance experience.
* Desired but not essential - 2-3 years of SAP experience.
