We're looking for support workers to join our Avalon family in the Northallerton area, that are available to work a range of different shift patterns (including weekends). You will need access to a car to cover shifts all over the Northallerton area. As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include tasks such as: Supporting service users in meal planning, maintaining a clean home, and exploring their hobbies and interests. Assisting service users with outings and helping them engage more actively in their communities, empowering them to become more involved. Providing personal care to service users in their own homes. Assisting service users in accessing healthcare services and ensuring they take the necessary medication to maintain their health.
