We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our friendly and dynamic team at MBA Worksop. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing key sales and administrative processes. You’ll be the backbone of our team, supporting both customers and colleagues to keep everything running efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing • Managing the full sales process, from order to dispatch, ensuring accuracy in documentation and adherence to credit arrangements. • Acting as a key point of contact for customers and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders. • Handling incoming enquiries (calls and emails) with professionalism and ensuring queries are directed effectively. • Maintaining accurate records by scanning and uploading documents into our systems, predominantly D365. • Supporting with purchase orders and processing them in line with company policies. • Raising customer price quotations and following up on outstanding quotes and opportunities. • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and complete order deliveries (OTIF). • Assisting with general administrative duties as required to support business priorities. About You • Experience in an administrative role—organisation and time management are second nature to you • Familiarity with Microsoft D365 (or similar systems) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a plus. • A strong communicator with a proven ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders. • GCSE Maths and English qualifications. • You work efficiently, accurately, and with a keen attention to detail. • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
