Responsibilities:
1. Drive the occupancy of the home and recruit the staffing team.
2. Ensure successful registration with CQC and maintain compliance.
3. Build excellent relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
4. Drive continuous improvement in care quality and service delivery.

Minimum Requirements:
