Description Post: Waste Services Assistant (Civic Amenity Site Supervisor) Location: Carluke Civic Amenity Site Hours: 37 per week Salary: £14.93 - £15.14 per hour View the Waste Services Assistant Job Profile As a Waste Assistant, you will plan and organise the team and operatives work processes to deliver services on budget to specified standards, perform inspections following official complaints and visit known areas of concerns if required, ensuring that you record and report findings. As part of your monitoring, you will be required to carry out Health and Safety compliance checks. As the successful candidate within this role you will have previous management experience working within a similar position, ideally the management of Waste and recycling services would be beneficial but not essential. Candidate should demonstrate effective verbal communication, a flexible approach as well as the ability to make decisions in a timely manner applying sound judgement and experience.
