We are looking for a kind and fun-loving person to join our amazing team in Great Finborough, supporting 5 people who live independently. You will be working in people’s homes, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. The people we support love to get out and about using trains and buses and boat watching. As well as daily walks, exploring their wider community and socialising with their friends and family. So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you. You should be available to work a variety of shifts across the week including some long days, some weekends and sleep-in shifts as needed. We do also have bank and part time positions available.
